Checked 15 Oct 2026Keepass2Android (v1.15-r6, Oct 2026) is an Android password manager that opens KeePass 2.x/KeePassXC databases, GPL-3.0. Its main strength is syncing the database file through built-in cloud storage options; a separate "Offline" edition has no network permission. Mostly a single-maintainer project funded by donations and GitHub Sponsors. Android only, no sharing, no server; stable builds are distributed through Google Play. No third-party audit report found.

2 of 6 jobs. Android client for a KeePass file synced through your own cloud storage; pair with KeePassXC on desktop.
For family and team password sharing, two-factor (TOTP) codes, passkey storage, breach and weak-password alerts (Watchtower), see other 1Password alternatives. You may also need to build an interface, an API server and hosting yourself.
