2FAS Authenticator at a glance
Checked 15 Oct 20262FAS Authenticator is a two-factor code app with separate open-source Android (6.0.5, Oct 2026) and iOS repos, both GPL-3.0; a browser extension and server are also on GitHub. It generates TOTP and HOTP codes for any standard service. The app graphics are not open source. It does not store passwords; the same company publishes a separate 2FAS Pass password manager. We found no third-party audit report in the repos. Android 9 or newer.
