Taste Skill
Agent skill that gives Claude Code, Codex and other coding agents an art direction, credited open-licence photos and a real-browser check when building pages.
Taste Skill (v2.1.5, October 2026, about 105k stars) is one agent skill, design-taste-frontend, that steers coding agents away from generic AI-looking websites and app screens. It picks one of 20 researched art directions, pulls credited public domain and Creative Commons pictures from Wikimedia Commons, Openverse and the Met, then checks the page in Chrome at three widths and fixes it for up to three rounds. A build takes 30 to 45 minutes and a few hundred thousand tokens. Needs Node 22+ and a coding agent; no API keys. MIT. Free add-on; it does not replace a paid product.
The facts
| Question | Answer | Source | Checked |
