Superpowers at a glance

Checked 18 Oct 2026

Superpowers is a set of Markdown skills plus a bootstrap that makes a coding agent ask what you want, write a design and a step-by-step plan, then build it with red/green TDD, subagents and review between tasks. It installs as a plugin for Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Gemini CLI, GitHub Copilot CLI, OpenCode and other harnesses, so you need one of those agents and its paid plan or API key. MIT licence. An optional visual companion loads a logo from the maintainer's site (telemetry, can be turned off). It is a free add-on and does not replace a paid product.

Where these numbers come from
  • Stars, forks, releases: GitHub's public API, fetched every night (last fetch today).
  • Star history: counted every night since 18 Oct 2026.
  • Commits and people committing: GitHub's repository statistics, counted weekly. Names are never stored.
  • Pull requests and issues: counted from GitHub for the last 30 days.
  • Stars show popularity, not quality. The facts below are checked separately, by reading the project's own documentation. How we check.
