OpenSign at a glance

Checked 15 Oct 2026

OpenSign (v2.41.3, 21 Aug 2026; commits ongoing) is a web app self-hosted with Docker Compose and MongoDB. It handles multiple signers with optional enforced sequence, email OTP for guest signers, expiry, rejection, reminders, templates, an audit trail with completion certificate and an API. Most code is AGPL-3.0, but one server directory (cloud/customRoute) is carved out to a separate licence that the repo does not include. A hosted cloud version exists.
