Documenso (v2.20.0, 8 Oct 2026) is a web app for sending PDFs to recipients to sign, run with Docker or Docker Compose and PostgreSQL. It supports signing order, automatic reminders, templates, an API and embedding. The core is AGPL-3.0; SSO, 2FA/passkey reauthentication, 21 CFR Part 11, custom email domains and the embed editor are Enterprise features under a commercial licence. You must supply an X.509 signing certificate and an SMTP server yourself.
