Presenter (Bisque)
Agent skills that turn a repo, PR or doc into narrated slides with speech made on your machine, published to a free watch link on bisque.today.
Presenter (v1.7.0, October 2026, about 18 stars) is three MIT agent skills for Claude Code, Codex CLI and Gemini CLI: present writes slides and a narration script, watch reads a published talk back as text, and video renders an MP4 (macOS only). Narration runs locally in the separate bisque-voice binary with a Kokoro or Qwen3-TTS voice (about 340 MB download). Install with npx skills add. Publishing needs a free Bisque sign-in and hosts the talk on bisque.today; there is no self-hosted option, and bisque-voice's source is not published. A GitHub Action explains pull requests.
The facts
| Question | Answer | Source | Checked |
|---|---|---|---|
| Runs on my machine? | Partly. Authoring and narration run on your machine; publishing and the watch page are hosted on bisque.today (no self-hosting) | github.com | Checked 10 days ago |
| Code licence | With conditions. Skills, Action and SDK are MIT; the required bisque-voice speech binary is downloaded separately with no source published | github.com | Checked 10 days ago |
| Model weights licence | Open. You pick the voice engine; Kokoro-82M and Qwen3-TTS weights are both Apache-2.0 | huggingface.co | Checked 10 days ago |
| Commercial use | Yes. Yes for the MIT skill code; hosting on bisque.today follows Bisque's terms, which describe it as free for individuals | bisque.today | Checked 10 days ago |
| Paid services needed? | Optional. Publishing needs a free Bisque account (or the repo's GitHub identity in the Action); your coding agent needs its own plan or API key | bisque.today | Checked 10 days ago |
| Hardware | CPU works; first run downloads about 340 MB of voice; Kokoro is unavailable on Intel Macs; Node.js 18+ needed | bisque.today | Checked 10 days ago |
| Operating systems | macOS, Linux and Windows for present and watch; the video skill is macOS only | github.com | Checked 10 days ago |
| Setup effort | Easy; npx skills add, then the skill installs bisque-voice, asks you to pick a voice and signs you in with a pairing code | github.com | Checked 10 days ago |
