It adds domains, transactional mail, SMTP, scheduling, webhooks, contact books and marketing emails with a block editor, and shows delivered, opened, clicked and bounced counts. AGPL-3.0. Self-hosting needs an AWS account (SES and SNS), PostgreSQL, Redis and a GitHub app for login. The README says it is still in beta. No automations, sign-up forms or paid subscriptions are listed.
RepoQuarry. “useSend.” Checked 16 Oct 2026. https://repoquarry.dev/projects/usesendHow much of Mailchimp does it replace?
3 of 5 jobs. Contacts, marketing sends and delivery stats only; no automations or forms; Amazon SES required.
For automations and drip sequences, signup forms and landing pages, see other Mailchimp alternatives. You may also need to build an interface, an API server and hosting yourself.
