AppFlowy AppFlowy-IO/AppFlowy

Flutter and Rust desktop and mobile workspace for docs, wikis and projects, positioned as an open-source Notion alternative.

AppFlowy at a glance

Checked 15 Oct 2026

AppFlowy is an AGPL-3.0 Flutter/Rust client for Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS and Android (release 0.14.8, Oct 2026). The sync server is now open core: the old open-source AppFlowy-Cloud repo is archived and self-hosting uses a closed-source commercial build whose free tier allows one user seat plus up to 3 guest editors per instance. Hosted cloud is free for personal use, Pro $12/member/month billed annually. Hardware needs are not documented.
