Open Code Review (`ocr`, v1.13.0, October 2026) began as Alibaba's internal reviewer. It reads Git diffs or whole files, bundles related files, matches built-in rules and has an LLM agent write line-level comments, with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI and Gerrit integrations plus plugins for Claude Code, Codex and Cursor. Apache-2.0. You bring the model: any OpenAI/Anthropic-compatible API, a local Ollama model, or delegation to your coding agent. Not a hosted bot with a dashboard; it runs as a CLI.
