The README says all Pro and Enterprise features are in the self-hosted code. It is source-available under the Elastic License 2.0, not OSI open source: you may not offer it as a hosted service to others. Automatic bank sync uses Yodlee (hosted Enterprise) or GoCardless; it is not a full double-entry ledger.
