# Windmill

> Windmill (v1.836.0, Oct 2026) is a Rust and Svelte platform for code-first workflows: scripts in Python, TypeScript, Go, Bash, SQL and more become flows triggered by schedules, webhooks, HTTP routes, Kafka or email. Source is AGPLv3 (clients Apache-2.0); the official Community Edition images also contain proprietary code, free for internal use but not for resale or managed services. Docker Compose with Postgres; about 1 vCPU and 1-2 GB RAM per worker.
