# wger

> wger (2.7, Sep 2026) is a Django-based fitness manager you self-host with Docker or use free at wger.de. It builds routines with automatic weight progression, logs workouts, tracks body weight, measurements, diet (Open Food Facts) and progress photos, and has apps on Android, iOS, F-Droid and Flathub. Code is AGPL-3.0-or-later; exercise and ingredient data are Creative Commons per entry. Hardware needs are not documented.
