Self-hosted RSS feed generator that makes feeds for thousands of sites that have none, from social networks to news and forums.

RSSHub at a glance
Checked 21 Oct 2026RSSHub is not a reader: it creates RSS feeds for sites that do not offer one, which you then add to Miniflux, FreshRSS or any reader. It has thousands of community-made routes, including keyword searches on some sites. You run it with Docker Compose, Node.js or on hosts like Vercel and Fly.io; builds are released daily (latest dated 21 October 2026). Some routes need your own credentials. For X (Twitter) the docs say: "Configure a comma-separated list of `auth_token` cookies of logged-in Twitter Web", or use paid developer API keys. AGPL-3.0.

1 of 3 jobs. Only makes feeds, including keyword-search feeds for some sites such as X; you still need a feed reader, and there are no alerts or AI summaries.
For follow sites, summarise and prioritise articles with AI, see other Feedly alternatives. You may also need to build an interface, an API server and hosting yourself.

Where these numbers come from
- Stars, forks, releases: GitHub's public API, fetched every night (last fetch today).
- Star history: counted every night since 22 Oct 2026.
- Commits and people committing: GitHub's repository statistics, counted weekly. Names are never stored.
- Pull requests and issues: counted from GitHub for the last 30 days.
- Stars show popularity, not quality. The facts below are checked separately, by reading the project's own documentation. How we check.
