# OpenProject

> OpenProject (v17.9.2, Oct 2026, ~16k stars) covers issue tracking, Scrum and Kanban boards, Gantt planning, release roadmaps and time and cost tracking. The Community edition is free and GPL-3.0; an Enterprise edition adds paid add-ons and support, on-premises or cloud. Self-host with Docker (AMD64/ARM64), Helm or deb/rpm packages; minimum 4 CPU cores, 4 GB RAM and 20 GB disk. Heavier to run than a simple kanban app.
