# openGym

> openGym (v1.4.1, Oct 2026) is a self-hosted workout tracker run with Docker Compose, plus a standalone Android APK and an iPhone PWA. It plans weekly or rotating routines over 5,600+ exercises, logs sets, tracks 1RM, PRs and body weight, and imports from Strong, Hevy and FitNotes. Code is AGPL-3.0, but the exercise media are licensed for openGym only. Optional AI coach uses your own provider key. Hardware needs are not documented.
