# Open Lovable

> Open Lovable is an MIT example app from the Firecrawl team (not made by Lovable). You chat or give it a URL, and it builds or recreates the site as a React app, previewed in a Vercel Sandbox or E2B cloud sandbox. A Firecrawl API key is required, plus one of Gemini, Anthropic, OpenAI or Groq; local models are not documented. It has no database, auth or publishing. Small codebase (about 60 commits); last feature release November 2025, with a dependency bump in October 2026.
