> ONLYOFFICE Docs (Document Server) is a self-hosted web office suite (v10.0.0, 12 Oct 2026) with real-time co-editing, comments, track changes and version history. The free Community Edition is AGPL-3.0 and recommended for up to 20 users; Enterprise and Developer editions are proprietary and paid. It is an editor, not a file store: pair it with Nextcloud, ownCloud, Seafile or ONLYOFFICE DocSpace. Needs a Linux server with 4 GB RAM (Windows Server packages too).
