# Nextcloud Forms

> Nextcloud Forms (384 stars, v5.4.0 Sep 2026) is a Nextcloud app for simple forms and questionnaires: create, share a link, view charts of results and export CSV in the same format Google Forms uses. Forms events can trigger Nextcloud webhooks. AGPL-3.0-or-later. It deliberately keeps to the essentials: no payments, PDF forms or conversational layout, and it needs a running Nextcloud server (version 33 to 35).
