# Nextcloud Appointments

> Appointments (195 stars, v2.8.6 Oct 2026, since 2020) is a Nextcloud app, so you need a Nextcloud 33-35 server. It publishes a booking form for time slots in your Nextcloud calendar; attendees confirm or cancel by email link, and it can send reminders and create Talk rooms. AGPL. Soft open core: more than 3 public pages, a directory page, extra reminder and Talk options need a contributor key (any donation or a code PR). No group polls, team round-robin or payments documented.
