Meetily (formerly meeting-minutes) is a Tauri desktop app that captures microphone and system audio, transcribes in real time with Whisper or Parakeet on your machine, and writes summaries via Ollama or a cloud LLM. Code is MIT; Whisper weights are MIT and Parakeet weights CC-BY-4.0. Installers exist for Windows and Apple Silicon macOS; Linux needs a source build. Speaker identification is listed for the paid PRO edition, not the free Community Edition.
