# InvoicePlane

> InvoicePlane (3.2k stars, v1.7.2 Aug 2026) is a volunteer-maintained web app on CodeIgniter for creating and sending quotes and invoices, managing clients, products and tasks, recording payments with reminders and payment gateways, and basic reports. MIT licence for the code; the InvoicePlane name and logo are restricted. Install by uploading the release to a PHP 8.2+ server with MariaDB, or run the container image. It has no expense tracking, time tracking, bank feeds or bookkeeping.
