# Invoice Ninja

> Invoice Ninja 5 (10.3k stars, v5.13.48 Oct 2026) is a Laravel app for invoices, quotes, recurring billing, payments through gateways such as Stripe, expenses with receipts, task timers billed to clients, and a client portal, with desktop and mobile apps. The README says all Pro and Enterprise features are in the self-hosted code. It is source-available under the Elastic License 2.0, not OSI open source: you may not offer it as a hosted service to others.
