# DesignCraft

> DesignCraft is an InDesign-style page layout editor from the ArtCraft team, written in Rust and started on 1 October 2026 (v0.8.0, 14 Oct 2026). Its roadmap puts it at pre-alpha, the least mature of the suite, with ~47% "ready for real work". It has frames, threaded stories, paragraph and character styles and PDF export. Installers for Windows, macOS and Linux; MIT or Apache-2.0. Not affiliated with Adobe. Commits show heavy AI-agent assistance.
