# CLI-Anything

> CLI-Anything, from HKU Data Intelligence Lab, has a coding agent study an application's source and build a CLI wrapper for it, so agents can drive apps such as GIMP or Blender from the command line. It ships as a Claude Code plugin, a skill for other agents and a pip-installable hub of pre-built CLIs. Needs Python 3.10+, the target software installed, and an agent (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and others). On Windows, bash from Git for Windows is needed. Apache-2.0. A free tool; it does not replace a paid product we list.
