# Claude How To

> Claude How To (v2.1.160, Jun 2026, ~45k stars) is a free guide to Claude Code in 10 tutorial modules, from slash commands and memory to hooks, skills, MCP servers, subagents and plugins. Modules have Mermaid diagrams and copy-paste templates for your .claude folder; the learning path takes about 11 to 13 hours, and /self-assessment quizzes find gaps. Clone the repo and copy what you need; uv builds an offline EPUB. MIT. It is a guide, not a tool: you still need Claude Code with a paid plan or API key, and copy commands are Unix-shell style.
